DarkCraft

I'm pleased to announce that we now have two new boosters available in the Dark Shop: the, normally unobtainable, full slab. These slabs have the same texture as the top of their respective slabs on all sides. They can be purchased at the Dark Shop for 50 dp, which will buy you three stacks.

When you walk into the shop from the center of spawn, they will be to your left on the bottom row.

Today we're launching the new DarkCraft Premiums store! The biggest improvement to this system is the automatic delivery of premiums, no longer will you have to wait up to a day for me to confirm purchase and deposit DarkPoints!

The new store is powered by BuyCraft, a versatile online store designed specifically for selling goods on Minecraft. We plan on using it to offer more than just DarkPoints in the future.

The server has been fully updated to 1.5.1! (not a fake updated like last time; HERE, have a look at @HDModzz:

As far as we know, only one thing broke in the update:

• If you're an owner of /return, the command has been changed to /b. The change was necessary due to a command conflict. I'm not sure if it's going to be a permanent change- if so we'll update the appropriate places with the change.

Edit: Oh, right. Shops! The new 1.5 items are not yet supported, hopefully will be by tomorrow at the latest

As for the new blocks going into DarkShop, and the resource nether reset, both will be happening very soon! We're just working out the prices for the new items, and the resource nether will be reset either tonight or tomorrow.

There's a new forum on the website where we'll post threads when new Moderators are added to the team, and where existing moderators can post resignation threads if they choose. This is just so we can clear up some of the confusion associated with Moderator promotion/demotions.

You can now connect to DarkCraft with a 1.5 client! However, none of the new 1.5 features are a present, the server is technically still 1.4. This was made possible by a small protocol change that allows 1.5 clients to connect to server. I've been assured by a highly trained team of monkeys that this is a safe operation, and won't result in any fiery server crashes.

As for the real update to 1.5, I'm not perfectly sure when that's going to come. As usual, we must wait for CraftBukkit to implement all the new features into their server, it may take a week, it may take a day, we'll see.

Edit: the crafting bug is fixed - you can now craft normally!
A bug has just been discovered (and is reported) that crafting is basically impossible. No word yet if there will be a fix for this.

• We can revert to 1.4.7 if enough people want to. If there's just going to be 1 - 2 people online, however: we can stay 1.5 and wait for a fix, or some...
